Historic Sandusky
Sandusky News. The Historic Sandusky Foundation has produced Lynchburg Melodies / History of the Hill City in Music. The album takes listeners on a musical journey through Lynchburg’s past with a CD of more than twenty songs and melodies, which are the soundtrack of Lynchburg history. A variety of musical styles and sentiments are represented. You’ll be surprised and pleased at the toe-tapping tunes and tender ballads. Included are the Sandusky Polka and the Poplar Forest Polka.

Lynchburg Museum System
Museum Foundation. The Lynchburg Museum Foundation has launched a project to raise funds to make the clock and bell work again on the city’s Old Court House, home to the Lynchburg Museum. The Lynchburg Historical Foundation has endorsed the project and will be working closely with the museum foundation to help raise the needed funds.
